In app purchases dont get rid of ads

My 2 year old daughter loves this game so I purchased an in app purchase for $2.80 to unlock more games and get rid of the annoying ads. But it didnt work! I still see the ads on the bottom of the page! Please fix this! She kept tapping on the ads and they would take her to a different website!
The games are fun but pretty expensive to unlock more games.
